Specialized in the Fine Art of the traditional cultures of the South Pacific islands for over twenty years, Anthony JP Meyer is the author of "Oceanic Art" (Könemann, Köln, 1995) and numerous thematic catalogues. In september of 2011 Anthony JP Meyer decided to open a new department in the gallery showing archaic Eskimo art.
Over the last 32 years he has organized more then thirty exhibitions in his Parisian gallery.
Anthony JP Meyer is a recognized expert in Oceanic Art and advises public institutions and private collectors with regard to acquisitions and collection management. The gallery is a long standing exhibitor at PARCOURS des MONDES in Paris (September), TEFAF - Maastricht (March) and will be exhibiting in the inaugural fair FRIEZE - MASTERS in London (October). Anthony JP Meyer is also interested in early photographes and art work related to the Pacific cultures.
